【摘要】 报告1例下肢坏死性筋膜炎,合并糖尿病与静脉曲张。患者女,38岁,左股外侧红肿、硬化、萎缩、皮肤坏死、溃疡,剧痛2个月就诊。细菌培养生长金黄色葡萄球菌,皮肤组织病理诊断为坏死性筋膜炎。给予广谱抗生素和两次外科清创术,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 To report a case of necrotizing fasciitis in lower limb combination with diabetes mellitus and varicosity.The patient was a 38-year-old lady.There was erythema,swelling,induration,atrophy,skin necrosis,ulcers with severe tenderness over the left outboard thigh.Staphylococcus aureus are isolated by bacterial culture.Microscopic pathology confirmed the diagnosis.Management consist of broad spectrum intravenous antibiotics and two times of surgical debridement,the therapy was gratifying.更多还原
