具有正反转不对称补偿的超声波电机闭环控制电路
Closed-Loop Control Circuit for Ultrasonic Motor with Compensation of CW/CCW Asymmetry
【摘要】 针对超声波电机工业化规模应用的需求,给出了一种低成本的超声波电机闭环控制电路。该电路基于脉宽调制(PWM)方法实现了幅值可调,根据电机孤极反馈,构成了频率闭环调节,同时实现了对电机正反转不对称的补偿。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the need of ultrasonic motor’s industrial application,a novel low-cost control circuit with closed-loop control of resonant amplitude was designed.In addition to it,the circuit also has the ability of compensation of speed asymmetry while CW and CCW rotation,and the ability of driving voltage amplitude adjustment.The experimental results proved that,the design is correct.
