【摘要】 目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的心身症状及其影响因素。方法:在计划生育中心选择多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)不孕患者72例,并选择同期就诊的其他女性因素不孕患者95例,男性因素不孕妇女92例,另从进行健康体检的已婚已育妇女中按年龄匹配选择98例作为正常对照,分别填写自行设计的一般性问卷及SCL-90问卷。结果:PCOS组、其他女性因素不孕组、男性因素不孕组及正常对照组妇女的SCL-90总分分别为(72.4±36.6)、(53.8±30.8)、(52.5±31.7)、(42.1±32.3),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),进一步比较发现,POS组得分高于其他女性因素不孕组、男性因素不孕组,三个疾病组得分均高于正常对照组。回归分析显示不孕、多毛、肥胖是影响PCOS妇女SCL-90总分的主要因素(β=0.65,0.39,0.45)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征妇女心身症状不仅比正常妇女严重,也比其他原因不孕妇女严重。不孕、肥胖及多毛是多囊卵巢综合征患者心身症状的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the psychological characteristics and related factors in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 72 PCOS patients,92 non-PCOS female-factor infertile women,95 non-PCOS male-factor infertile women and 98 healthy controls were recruited in this study.All of them completed the SCL-90 and a standardized questionnaire including demographic and clinical characteristics.Results:The SCL-90 total scores of the PCOS women,non-PCOS female-factor infertile women,non-PCOS male-factor infertile women and healthy controls were(72.4±36.6),(53.8±30.8),(52.5±31.7)and(42.1±32.3)respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores in PCOS group were significantly higher than that in the other two infertile groups,and the scores in three infertile groups were much higher than that in control group.The regression analysis indicated that the variance in SCL-90 outcome measures could be mainly explained by infertility,hirsutism and obesity(β=0.65,0.39,and 0.45).Conclusion:Psychological health status is significantly declined in PCOS women.Infertility,hirsutism and obesity have negative effect on their psychological health status.更多还原
