柠檬酸络合法合成的尖晶石LiMn2O4特性研究
Characteristics of Spinelle LiMn2O4 Prepared by Citric Acid Complex Method
【摘要】 锂离子电池具有比能量高、质量轻、体积小、电压高、安全性好和无记忆效应等特点,而正极材料是其研究的重点。采用柠檬酸络合法成功地合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4,并用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱、差热分析仪和扫描电镜等手段对其最优合成条件及合成产物的结构和电化学性能作了初步研究。在最佳条件下,即柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比为1.3左右及温度为700℃,制备的正极材料L iMn2O4具有较高的初始容量和较好的循环稳定性,即初始放电容量约为132 mAh.g-1,40次循环后能保持初始容量的90%,完全可以用于高比能长寿命的锂离子蓄电池。
【Abstract】 Lithium ion batteries were intensively used in portable computer and communication.Synthesis of new positive electrode materials was very important to improve the specific capacity of lithium ion batteries.A citric acid complex method was adopted to synthesize LiMn2O4,and the optimum synthesis conductions,structure and electrochemical properties of LiMn2O4 were explored with X-ray diffraction,IR spectrum,TG-DTA and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The synthesized LiMn2O4 had high initial discharge specific capacity of 132 mAh · g-1,and the discharge specific capacity of the 40th cycle was 90% of the initial discharge specific capacity,which was an excellent cathode material for high-energy,long-life,rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.
