【摘要】 本文认为,社会组织化是我国现代化进程中的一种伴生状态,也是我国的民主化、信息化发展的一条必经之路。促进社会组织化发展、加强社会组织的培养和规范管理既是我国市场经济建设和民主政治建设的基本内容,也是公共管理改革的一项主要任务。本文着重分析了政府组织与社会组织各自在公共管理中的优劣,然后辩证地探讨了社会组织化与公共管理改革相互推动、相互促进、协调发展的相互关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper argues that social organizationalization is an associated state of Chinese modernization process,and it is the only road to the development of our country’s democratization and information technology.Promoting the development of social organization and strengthening the training and standardized management of social organizations are the basic contents of Chinese market economy and democratic political construction,and also,the main task of public administration reform.This paper focuses on the respective pros and cons of governmental organizations and social organizations.Then it dialectically discusses the relationship of mutual promotion and coordinated development between social organizationalization and public administration reform.更多还原
