【Abstract】 Some successful experience in applying knowledge management, especially tacit knowledge management has achieved in the business. If it was introduced in the process of government, the ability of adapting and dealing with the public affairs of the government will be improved significantly. To realize the transformation of tacit knowledge,it is important to carry out tacit knowledge management first. In order to seek the valid way of transformation, several government organizations in five cities of Liaoning province have been investigated.
