【摘要】 随着我国信息化发展水平的不断提高,电子政务服务外包市场正逐步形成,并在我国电子政务建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文在对成都市93个不同政府部门进行调查的基础上,利用AHP构建了电子政务服务外包评价模型,并对影响电子政务服务外包的因素进行了排序,结果显示:政府意愿因素是影响电子政务服务外包的关键因素,其次为合作关系、管理因素和承包商选择因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 With continuous development of China’s information technology, E-government services outsourcing market is gradually taken shape, and is playing an increasingly important role in E-government construction of China. Based on investigation on 93 different government departments in Chengdu, this paper uses AHP to build the evaluation model of the E-government outsourcing, sorted out and prioritized all the affected factors. The results showed that the factor of the governmental will was the main impact to E-government services outsourcing, followed by cooperation relationship, management and contractor selection factors.更多还原
