【摘要】 目的:观察神农肝康合剂治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症的疗效及安全性。方法:选择急性病毒性黄疸型肝炎、慢性病毒性肝炎黄疸型、淤胆型肝炎、重型肝炎、肝硬化高胆红素血症患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组采用西医常规疗法,包括抗病毒、护肝、支持及对症疗法,使用药物如拉米夫定、甘利欣、还原型谷胱甘肽、血制品、维生素C及肌苷等,治疗组在上述基础上加用神农肝康合剂50ml,口服,3次/d。15天为1个疗程。观察治疗后的症状体征、肝功能、影像学变化以及临床综合疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别达95%及83.3%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在降低患者血清胆红素及其他肝功能指标、减轻或消除症状体征、改善影像学等方面明显优于对照组。未发生与研究药物相关的严重不良反应。结论:神农肝康合剂治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症疗效显著,安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of Shennong Gankang mixture on curing viral hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients suffered from acute viral icteric hepatitis,chronic viral icteric hepatitis,cholestatic hepatitis,severe hepatitis and cirrhosis hyperbilirubinemia were divided into two groups at random.The control group was applied conventional western medicine therapy including antivirus,hepatinica,support and symptomatic therapy,and medicine such as lamivudine,diammonium glycyrrihizinate,reduced glutathione,blood products,vitamin C and inosine.For treatment group,Shennong Gankang mixture was used on the above-mentioned basis.Direction on the use of Shennong Gankang mixture:50ml,oral medication,three times per day,15 days for a course of the treatment.After treatment,the symptom and sign,liver function,imaging changes and compositively clinical effect were observed.Results:Total effective rates of the treatment group and control groupo were 95% and 83.33% respectively.Compared two groups,treatment group was obviously higher than control group(P<0.05).Treatment group was obviously superior to control group in term of reducing serum bilirubin and other liver function indexes,alleviating or eliminating symptom and sign and improving medical imaging.No serious adverse reaction related to the researched medicine was found.Conclusion:Shennong gankang mixture has an effectively curative effect on curing viral hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia with good safety.更多还原
