【摘要】 目的探讨醋酸去氨加压素在外伤性尿崩症中的治疗作用。方法总结47例外伤性尿崩症的治疗经验,其中25例按常规综合治疗,22例采用醋酸去氨加压素等综合治疗。结果25例按常规综合治疗中,治愈17例(68%),恢复良好6例(24%),永久性尿崩2例(8%);22例按醋酸去氨加压素等综合治疗中,治愈16例(72.7%),恢复良好6例(27.3%),无永久性尿崩。结论在外伤性尿崩症的治疗中,醋酸去氨加压素能明显提高患者的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study desmopressin acetate tabletsin treatment for the Traumatic diabetes insipitus.【Methods】Experiences of 47 patients with traumatic diabetes insipitus treated in our hospital since 2001 were summarized.25 cases had been treated with routine and 22 cases had been treated with Desmopressin acetate tabletsin.【Results】Among 25 cases with routine treatment,Complete relief was got in 17 cases(68%),the patients revive well 6 (24.0%).Among 22 cases with desmopressin acetate tabletsin treatment,complete relief was got in 16 cases(72.7%),the patients revive well 6(27.3%).【Conclusion】Desmopressin acetate tabletsin treatment is beneficial in the treatment of traumatic diabetes insipitus.更多还原
