【摘要】 目的探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(peroxisome proliferators activated receptor gamma,PPARγ)在正常卵巢和不同病理类型上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达,分析临床病理特征,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测70例上皮性卵巢癌组织、25例正常卵巢、25例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和20例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中PPARγ的蛋白水平表达。结果与正常卵巢相比,交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌的PPARγ阳性表达率呈显著升高,分别为20.00%、60.00%和72.86%(P<0.05,P<0.01),差异有显著性;上皮性卵巢癌与良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤比较亦差异有显著性(P<0.01);从正常卵巢组、良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组到上皮性卵巢癌组,PPARγ阳性表达呈递增趋势。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织中PPARγ的表达较正常和良性肿瘤组织有显著升高;PPARγ可能是卵巢癌基因治疗的理想靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】This study was aimed to investigate the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gammar (PPARγ) in normal ovaries and different pathological grades of ovarian tumours of serous,mucinous,endometrioid,clear cell. This study was aim to demonstrate the clinical pathology analysis of epithelial ovarian cancer,in order to find its significance. 【Methods】Paraffin-embeded tissues from total of 140 ovarian specimens in-cluding 70 cases of ovarian cancer,25 cases of normal,25 benign and 20 borderline ovarian tissues were stained for the expression of PPARγ by means of immunohistochemistry.【Results】Compared with those in normal ovarian tis-sues,expressions of PPARγ in borderline epithelial ovarian tumer and epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly enhanced,the positive rates of PPARγ were 20%,60% and 72.86% respectively (P <0.05,P <0.01). Compared with those in epithelial ovarian tumer,expressions of PPARγ in epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly enhanced (P < 0.01). From nomal ovary,epithelial ovarian tumer,borderline epithelial ovarian tumer to epithelial ovarian cancer,expressions of PPARγ showed an ascending tendency. 【Conclusions】Significantly increased the expression of PPARγ was observed in malignant ovarian tumours (grade 1,2 and 3) compared to benign and borderline tumours. These findings suggest an involvement of in the onset and development of ovarian carcinoma. So PPARγ might be one of the ideal strategies for gene therapy of ovarian cancer.更多还原
