单纯性肥胖儿童血浆同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12变化的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨单纯性肥胖儿童血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,及其代谢相关因子-叶酸、维生素B12的变化。方法采用化学发光法对106例单纯性肥胖患儿、106例健康对照儿童检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy),同时检测Hcy的代谢因子维生素B12、叶酸含量。结果和健康对照组比较,单纯性肥胖患儿Hcy明显增高(P<0.01),Hcy的代谢因子叶酸及维生素B12亦明显降低(P<0.01)同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12均没有明显的性别差异(P>0.05),同型半胱氨酸与叶酸呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论单纯性肥胖儿童同型半胱氨酸升高,叶酸降低,提示单纯性肥胖儿童是心脑血管疾病危险人群。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the variation of homocysteic acid and its metabolism correlation factor inclusive folic acid, VitB12 levels in simple obese children.【Methods】106 in simple obese children and 106 healthy control group were used to investigated by means of chemiluminescent immunoassay for homocysteine, folate and vitamin B12.【Results】The levels homocysteine in simple obese children were dramatically higher than those in control group (P <0.01). Folate and VitB12 were significantly decrease in simple obese children group than those in control group (P <0.01). No significant homocysteic acid and its metabolism orrelation factor inclusive folic acid, VitB12 in simple obese children were found in healthy or obese children whether boys or girls (P >0.05).【Conclusion】Homocysteine levels, arised and folate, Vitamin B12 lowered in simple obese children. The simple obese children proberbely are risk population of cerebrovascular disease.
