【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后是否置放腹腔引流以及其利弊。方法总结了2006年5月￣2008年10月所施605例LC术患者中96例置放腹腔引流管的优缺点。结果LC术后置放腹腔引流指征应当放宽,尤其是在犹豫不决时应果断放置引流管,因为它有利于早期发现并早期治疗LC术后并发症。结论腹腔引流是观察LC术后并发症较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To discuss whether we should apply abdominal drainage after laparoscopic cholecystec- tomy. 【Methods】 We observed the advantadge and disadvantadge of 96 cases of abdominal drainage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 605 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients. 【Results】 Indications to use abdomi- nal drainage should be relaxed, which is useful for us to find the complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 【Conclusion】 Abdominal drainage is a useful method to find complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.更多还原
