【摘要】 目的了解2004～2007年临床分离真菌种属分类和分布。方法对2004～2007年某医院临床分离的真菌标本进行数据统计和分析。结果每年临床分离真菌菌株在237～258株之间,白色假丝酵母菌127～149株(51.00%～58.23%),热带假丝酵母菌18～47株(7.59%～18.21%),光滑假丝酵母菌19～37株(7.36%～15.61%),近平滑假丝酵母菌15～24株(6.02%～9.41%),新型隐球菌2～7株(0.78%～2.95%)。血培养阳性菌株总计77株,以白色假丝酵母菌最多,依次为近平滑假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌。结论临床分离的真菌仍以酵母菌为主,霉菌少见。临床上真菌感染日趋增多,应加强对真菌病原学检测和耐药性的监测,并合理应用抗真菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To know the classification and distribution about fungi that isolated in the hospital from 2004 to 2007. 【Methods】The data of fungi which were isolated was collected and analyzed. 【Results】The total positive samples are between 237 and 258 each year. The positive samples of Candida albicans are between 127~ 149, these of Candia tropicalis,Candia glabrata and Candia parapsilosis are 18～47, 19～37 and 15～24. The samples postive isolate in blood total is 77. The most isloates in blood are Candida albicans, others are Candia parapsilosis Candia glabrata and Candia tropicalis. 【Conclusions】Candia albicans is the most isolates, the second is candia tropicalis and Candia parapsilosis. The proportion of mycetes sp is relatively seldem. Clinical fungal infection is increasing, We should strengthen the fungal pathogen detection and mornitoring of fungal resistance, and use fungal drugs reasonally.更多还原
