【摘要】 目的比较阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术﹙TVT﹚与传统手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法对34例压力性尿失禁患者行手术治疗,其中11例TVT术,23例行传统手术,分别对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数及近期并发症等进行总结分析。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及术后复发情况差异有显著性。结论TVT与传统术式比较具有操作简单、微创、术中出血少、住院时间短疗效满意等优点,是治疗女性SUI一种更理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To compare the tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) with the traditional treatment of anterior wall colporrhaphy and plication of urethra for the stress urinary incontinence (SUI).【Method】After using operation treatment for 34 female SUI patients, 23 cases using the traditional surgical treatment as one group and 11 cases using the TVT method as another group, it compares the peri-operative bleeding, operative period, days of hospital stay and the fellow-up short-term complication between the two groups. 【Results】Significant difference are found in operative period, peri-operative bleeding, days of hospital stay and cases of recrudescence between the two groups. 【Conclusion】Compared with traditional surgical treatment, the TVT treatment has the advantage of minimally invasive effect, simplified operation. The TVT treatment can shorten the days of hospital stay and the amount of bleeding is reduced. So the TVT method is a better treatment for the SUI of female patients.更多还原
