氧自由基与形觉剥夺性近视

【摘要】 目的探讨氧自由基与形觉剥夺性近视(form-deprived myopia,FDM)形成的关系。方法雄性海兰雏鸡80只,随机分为4组,出生后第2天将右眼遮盖,左眼为开放对照眼。于遮盖7、14、21和28d时去除眼罩,检影验光,化学比色法测定视网膜-色素上皮-脉络膜中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活性。结果①遮盖眼形成近视。②同一时间点,遮盖眼视网膜-色素上皮-脉络膜中MDA的含量均增高,SOD活性均降低,与对照眼相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧自由基参与了形觉剥夺性近视的形成。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the relationship between free radical and from deprived myopia(FDM).【Methods】Eighty male hailen chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups.All the right eyes were coverd with translucent goggles,and the left eyes were used as control.After covered for 7,14,21 and 28 days,the refractive state was determined.The content of malonyldialohyed(MDA) and the activity of SOD in the retina-retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)-choroid were measured.【Results】Monocular deprivation could lead to develepment of myopia.The content of MDA in the covered eyes was higher and the activity of SOD was lower than the control eyes after the same period of covering time(P <0.05).【Conclusion】Free redical participate in the development of FDM.
