【摘要】 目的评价可视喉罩CTrach系统的临床应用价值。方法60例全身麻醉需气管插管的患者,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,置入CTrach喉罩系统通气,并引导气管插管,记录喉罩通气满意率;气管导管首次插入的成功率、总的成功率;从喉罩置入、气管导管插入到喉罩撤出所需要的总时间。结果喉罩通气满意率为96.7%(58/60)。喉罩通气满意的58例中有53例1次插管成功,1次插管成功率为88.3%(53/60),插管总成功率93.3%(56/60)。从喉罩置入、气管导管插入到喉罩撤出所需要的总时间为(198±39)s(148~294s)。结论CTrach喉罩系统可以在直视下调整暴露喉头声门的位置,提高气管插管的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical application of the LMA CTrach for airway management. 【Methods】 60 patients were observed who was undergoing general anesthesia and need tracheal intubation, ASAⅠ~Ⅱ. After induction, LMA CTrach was used for ventilation and insertion of endotracheal tube. Recording the successful rate of ventilation, the first attempt and the totally successful rate for tracheal intubation. Moreover, recording the time from the insertion of the LMA CTrach to extraction of it.【Result】 The successful rate of ventilation is 96.7% (58/60). In 58 patients, the first attempt of endotracheal intubation was completed in 53 patients and the successful rate was 88.3% (53/60). The total rate of intubation was 93.3% (56/60). The mean time from the insertion of the LMA CTrach to extraction of it was (198±39) s,(148~294) s. 【Conclusion】 The LMA CTrach system has the ability to align the LMA outlet with the larynx under the direct view, so as to increase the successful rate of the tracheal intubation.更多还原
