【摘要】 目的检测胶原性关节炎(collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠血清IL-17的水平,并分析其与抗II型胶原(CollagenⅡ,CII)抗体以及关节炎症指数的关系。方法建立CIA模型,ELISA法检测IL-17及抗CII抗体的水平;并观察CIA大鼠炎症指数。结果CIA大鼠血清IL-17和抗CII抗体水平均高于对照组,且CIA组IL-17与关节炎炎症指数和血清抗CII抗体水平呈正相关关系。结论CIA大鼠血清IL-17水平升高,且与病情活动有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo detect the level of IL-17 from sera in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and analyze the relatronship between IL-17 and anti-collagen II(CII) antibody as well as atrhritisindex. MethodsThe models of CIA were established. The levels of IL-17 and anti-CII antibody were examined by ELISA. The arthritis index in CIA rats was observed. ResultsThe levels of IL-17 and anti-CII antibody in CIA group were significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was positive correlation between IL-17 and arthritis index as well as anti CII antibody. ConclusionHigher level of IL-17 in CIA was assocaited with disease activity.更多还原
