【摘要】 目的调查顺德区乐从镇≥60岁老年人盲和低视力的患病率及致盲原因。方法对顺德区乐从镇≥60岁老年人分60～70岁、70～80岁、80～90岁和90岁以上4个不同年龄段进行调查,检查包括裸眼视力、针孔镜视力、裂隙灯、眼压测量及眼底等,并对针孔视力<0.3的患眼进行主要致病原因分析。结果该次调查总检查人数为11210人,60～70岁、70～80岁、80～90岁和90岁以上4个年龄段受检率分别为92.50%、87.16%、83.09%和85.10%,总受检率88.25%。致盲率分别为:2.11%、4.16%、8.02%和18.38%,总致盲率4.45%;低视力患病率:3.65%、9.28%、11.49%和50.85%,总患病率8.29%。致盲及低视力的主要原因依次为:白内障、视网膜脉络膜病变、角膜病、青光眼等。结论顺德区乐从镇≥60岁老年人盲和低视力的患病率分别为4.45%和8.29%,首位致盲及低视力原因为白内障。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the morbidities of low vision and blindness and the leading cause of blindness in residents aged ≥60 years in Lecong town, Shunde blocks. 【Methods】The vision archives were first established for total old residents aged ≥60 years, included 60~70 years, 70~80 years, 80~90 years and ≥ 90 years. Visual acuity, the pinhole visual acuity, slit lamp, intraocular pressure and fundus were carried out by ophthalmologists. A diagnosis of the principal cause for all the eyes with presenting visual acuity less than 0.3 was made as well. 【Results】11,210 residents were examined. The response rates in 60~70 years, 70~80 years, 80~90 years and ≥90 years were 92.50%, 87.16%, 83.09%, 85.10%, respectively, totally 88.25%. The morbidities of blindness in these four age stages were 2.11%, 4.16%, 8.02%, 18.38%,respectively, 4.45% in all; and low vision were 3.65%, 9.28%, 11.49%, 50.85%, respectively, 8.29% in all. The leading causes of low vision and blindness were cataract, retina-choroidopathy, corneal diseases and glaucoma. 【Conclusions】The morbidities of blindness and low vision in Lecong town, Shunde blocks was 4.45% and 8.29%, respectively.
