【摘要】 目的探讨右室双出口(DORV)的外科治疗方法及疗效。方法24例DORV行手术治疗。其中采用左心室-主动脉心内隧道连接19例;左心室-主动脉心内隧道并右心室-肺动脉心外管道连接1例;左心室-肺动脉心内隧道并大动脉转换1例;改良Fontan手术2例;Glenn手术1例。结果全组术后早期死亡3例。余者效果良好,术后顺利出院。结论根据DORV的不同类型,选择最佳的手术方式,重建左、右心室流出道并避免梗阻是提高手术成功率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the results of surgical treatment of double outlet right ventricle.【Methods】 24 patients with DORV were treated by operation.Left ventricle to aorta intraventricular tunnel connection used in 19 cases;left ventricle to aorta intraventricular tunnel and right ventricle to pulmonary artery extracardial tube used in 1 case;1 case underwent left ventricle to pulmonary artery intraventricular tunnel and arteries switch operation;2 cases underwent modified Fontan procedure and 1 case underwent Glenn procedure.【Result】3 cases in this group died from operation and the remaining 21 patients recovered.【Conclusion】To choose the best procedure for DORV operation,it is important to based on the different anatomy type of each patient.Reconstruction left and right ven-tricular outlet tract and avoid obstruction are essential.更多还原
