【摘要】 目的探讨阿魏酸钠对大鼠单侧输尿管梗阻模型肾间质纤维化的影响。方法UUO大鼠给予阿魏酸钠100mg/(kg·d)腹腔注射,观察第14天血清肌酐、尿素氮的变化及肾间质纤维程度、ColⅠ、ColⅢ、t-PA、u-PA及PAI-1的表达。结果与UUO组相比,治疗组血清肌酐、尿素差异均无显著性,肾小管纤维化程度、PAI-1及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的表达显著降低,t-PA、u-PA的表达显著增加。结论阿魏酸钠可以通过下调PAI-1及上调t-PA、u-PA而减轻UUO术后大鼠肾间质纤维化。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the effects of Sodium Ferulate on tubulointerstitial fibrosis of rat unilateral ureteral obstruction model. 【Methods】 Rats subjected to UUO were treated with daily peritoneal injection of 100 mg/kg of Sodium Ferulate. Creatinine, Urea nitrogen. The percentage of renal tubular lesion, interstitial fibrosis score were measured on 14th day after operation. The expression of t-PA, u-PA and PAI-1 were evaluated and compared. 【Results】In comparison with UUO group, Creatinine, urea nitrogen were analogous, but the degree of renal tubu-lointerstitial fibrosis and interstitial expression of PAI-1, collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅲ were significantly reduced and interstitial expression of t-PA and u-PA were significantly increased. 【Conclusion】 Sodium Ferulate may play a protective role of the kidney by down-regulating PAI-1 and up-regulating t-PA and u-PA and alleviating renal in-terstitial fibrosis following UUO.更多还原
