【摘要】 目的探讨上肢热压伤的治疗方法。方法总结2000年1月～2007年6月收治的67例病人69只上肢热压伤的治疗情况,根据不同的创面情况,分别予以植皮和多种皮瓣的修复。比较受伤机制、修复时机、皮瓣选择等方面的不同。结果1例游离皮瓣坏死,6例愈后手部畸形,功能严重受限。其余创面完全修复,手部功能基本恢复。结论应根据创面大小、深度、周边血管情况选择不同的修复方式。彻底清除坏死组织,保护深层肌肉,尽量减少制动时间,可进一步改善上肢功能康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the therapetics of hot crush injury in upper limb.【Methods】Summarize the therapeutic procedure of 67 patients suffered from hot crush injury in upper limb.Given that the different wound conditions,skingrafting and skin flapgrafting were elective applied.To compare the difference in the mechanic of in-jury,the choice time point of repairing and the preference of skin flap.【Results】One case received free skin flap necrosis,6 cases suffered hand deformity and severe functional restriction after the wound healing.All the other in-jury recoverd smoothly,satisfying hand function were saved.【Conclusion】Different repairing ways should be cho-sen on account of the size,depth and blood circulation of wounds.To improve the recovery and hand function,promptly and pramarily debridement,protection of deep layer musclers,limited braking time should be adapted.更多还原
