NaCl和Na2CO3+NaHCO3对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响差异研究

【摘要】 将NaCl和Na2CO3+NaHCO3两种盐分别设置4个浓度梯度,以玉米发芽率、分布频率、幼苗期的苗高、主胚根长及相对盐害率为指标,研究两类盐对玉米萌发和苗期胁迫的生理差异。结果表明,两种盐胁迫处理的发芽率、苗高、主胚根长的平均值均随浓度增加而降低,Na2CO3+NaHCO3处理比NaCl处理胁迫盐害率严重。各品种耐NaCl和Na2CO3+NaHCO3能力并不一致。

【Abstract】 Germination rate,distribution frequency,plant height,roots length and relative salt tolerance of maize were investigated under four concentration of NaCl and Na2CO3+NaHCO3.The results showed that germination rate,plant height,root length reduced with the increase of concentration under the two kinds of salt stress.The treatment of Na2CO3+NaHCO3 had more serious influence than the treatment of NaCl.The tolerance of maize between NaCl and Na2CO3+NaHCO3 stress were different.
