【摘要】 植物新品种DUS测试是确定新品种授权的重要条件,而测试指南研制是DUS测试依据。我国已经初步建立了具有中国特色的测试指南研制体系。目前已经规划研制100多种、制定了50多种测试指南,但是与UPOV(国际植物新品种保护联盟)公布的测试指南相比仍具有较大差距。针对农业植物新品种DUS测试指南研制中存在的研制程序、数据采集、性状筛选、性状分级、数据纠正、专家研讨、资源分析以及标准品种选择等内容进行汇总和分析,总结了研制测试指南技术性操作方法,期望能够有助于更好地制定指南。更多还原

【Abstract】 Approval of the plant breeders’ right (PBR) is mainly based on Distinctiveness、Uniformity and Stability (DUS ) test. The testing guidelines is the practical operation principle of DUS test. A system of making DUS testing guidelines was setup during the last 10 years in China,including nearly 60 guidelines of more than 100 suggested plant genres or species. Development,discussions,reviews of the procedures,character selection,data analysis and standard variety selection were generally concluded for the better making future testing guidelines.更多还原
