大豆F3’H基因植物表达载体的构建及拟南芥的遗传转化
Construction of Plant Expression Vector and Transformation in Arabidopsis thaliana of F3’H of Soybean
【摘要】 通过RT-PCR方法扩增了大豆F3’H基因并构建含大豆荚皮绒毛色基因的重组质粒pBI121/F3’H的植物表达载体,转化到根癌农杆菌LBA4404菌株中形成工程菌株,通过根癌农杆菌介导的方法转化拟南芥。为进一步研究大豆荚皮绒毛色基因(F3’H)作为植物基因工程的报告基因的可能性奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The F3’H gene of soybean was amplified by using RT-PCR.A soybean-containing pubescence color geneof the recombinant plasmid pBI121/F3’H plant expression vector was constructed and transformed into Agrobacterium LBA4404 as the formation of engineering strain.Then Agrobacterium LBA4404 transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana by infection.
