【摘要】 目的:探讨内皮抑素(Endostatin)在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤血管形成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法(MaxVision法)检测66例子宫内膜样腺癌组织及26例增生期子宫内膜组织中内皮抑素的表达及CD34标记的MVD。结果:内皮抑素和MVD在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中高表达(P<0.01),与子宫内膜样腺癌分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:内皮抑素检测可作为评价子宫内膜样腺癌生物学参数的参考指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of Endostatin in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and their relationship to angiogenesis.Methods:The expression of Endostatin in the paraffin-embeded section of 66 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 26 cases of proliferative endometrium was evaluated by immunohistochemistry Max Vision technique.MVD of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and proliferative endometrium was also determined with anti-CD34 as the label.Results:The positive rate of Endostatin and MVD in endometrioid adenocarcinoma was higher than in proliferative endometrium.The level of expression of Endostatin in stage≥Ⅱ endometrioid adenocarcinoma was higher than in stage I(P<0.05).Conclusion:To determine Endostatin protein in endometrioid adenocarcinoma is a reference parameter for evaluation the degree of malignant.更多还原
