【摘要】 目的:探讨WWOX、P53在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色方法(SP法)检测95例卵巢上皮性肿瘤,10例正常卵巢组织中WWOX、P53的表达情况。结果:WWOX和P53在卵巢癌组织中呈高表达,与卵巢癌的临床分期、病理分级、组织类型和淋巴结转移有关,二者呈正相关。结论:WWOX和P53联合检测可作为卵巢癌预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of WWOX、P53 protein in epithelial ovarian tumor and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods:The expression of WWOX、P53 in 95 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor,and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues were studied by immunohistochemistry methods and their clinicopathologic significance were analyzed.Results:WWOX、P53 protein were overexpressed in ovarian carcinoma,the expression was associated with clinical stages、lymphnode metastasis and pathologic grades(P<0.05) There was a positive correlation between the expression of P53 and WWOX(P<0.05).Conclusions:WWOX and P53 protein may be a significant prognostic parameter in ovarian carcinoma.更多还原
