【摘要】 目的:探讨对伴血脂异常的磺脲类药物继发失效(SFS)的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的治疗方法。方法:改用达美康缓释片(MR)联合甘精胰岛素(IG)睡前注射治疗者20例(IG组)或中性鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素(NPH)30例(NPH组)。结果:12周后两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯均下降,IG组低血糖发生较少,治疗后C肽升高显著。结论:MR联合IG有较好疗效,不仅可改善胰岛β细胞功能,还有调脂和心血管保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic methods in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with abnormal blood fat and secondary failure to sulphanylureas drugs.Methods:20 patients among which who were type 2 diabetes mellitus with abnormal blood fat and had a secondary failure to sulphanylureas drugs were treated with Diamicron affiliated with Glargine through injection before sleep while 30 patients with neutral protamine Hagedorn(NPH) insulin.Results:There was a decreasion of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and triglycerides(TG) after 12 weeks both in the two groups.In the Glargine group,there was a low accurance of hypoglycaemia and a significant increase of C-Peptide after the treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of Diamicron affiliated with Glargine has a better therapeutic effect for its improvment of cell function,accommodation of blood fat and protection of cardiovascular function.更多还原
