【摘要】 目的观察研究椎弓根钉内固定椎体间Cage融合治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法对33例腰椎管狭窄症的患者行后路椎弓根钉内固定、减压、椎体间Cage融合术。结果33例患者术后随访6～18个月,随诊X线片显示内固定牢固,螺钉无折断、松动,病情均获不同程度缓解,无脊神经根损伤等并发症,椎间植骨融合良好,融合率为100%。根据JOA评分系统,优27例,良3例,可3例。结论后路椎弓根钉固定、椎体间Cage融合能有效恢复椎间隙、椎间孔高度,提高融合率,降低断钉率,解决神经卡压,保持椎体的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of intervertebral Cage and fixed pedicle of vertebral arch treating waist spinal canal stenosis.Methods There were 33 patiens in this study.We used intervertebral Cage and fixed pedicle of vertebral arch to treat waist spinal canal stenosis.Results There were 33 patients who were followed up for 6 to 18 months after operation.As to the clinical results in 30 cases,according to the JOA criteria,27 were excellent,3 were good and 2 was general.All patients achieved successful fusion and bony union.Conclusion The methods of intervertebral Cage and fixed pedicle of vertebral arch are effective in treatment of waist spinal canal stenosis.更多还原
