【摘要】 目的建立益康胶囊中VitaA和VitE含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行分析,流动相为甲醇-水(92:8),检测波长:VitA325nm、VitE285nm。结果峰面积与含量有良好的线性关系(VitA:0.004969mg～0.159mg,VitE:0.06889mg～2.2046mg);高、中、低3种浓度的平均加样回收率为:VitA98.56%、VitE99.04%。结论本法准确、简便、快速为益康胶囊质量控制提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of VitA and VitE in Yikang Capsule.Methods An HPLC method was developed,mobile phase:methanol-water(92:8),wavelength of VitA at 325 nm and wavelength of VitE at 285 nm.Results Linearity of VitA was found in the range of 0.004969 mg~0.159 mg,the average recovery of VitA was 98.56%;Linearity of VitE was found in the range of 0.06889 mg~2.2046 mg,the average recovery of VitA was 99.04%.Conclusion This result shows that this method is easy to handle,accurate and with good reproducibility,so it can be used for quality control for Yikang Capsule.更多还原
