【摘要】 目的评价曲安奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎(allergicrhinitis,AR)的临床疗效和药物安全性。方法132例AR患者采用随机、对照方法,治疗组67例,用曲安奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻,1次/d,每次各鼻孔2揿(共220μg/d);对照组65例,用布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻,1次/d,每次各鼻孔2揿(共256μg/d);疗程均为4w。分别分析、评估药物的疗效和安全性。结果治疗一疗程后,大部分患者临床表现均有明显改善;治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为93.8%;治疗组不良反应发生率为10.4%,对照组为9.2%。两组治疗前后临床表现比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲安奈德鼻喷剂局部应用见效快,效果好,能有效缓解AR患者鼻部症状,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide spray treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods 132 cases with AR were randomized into two groups i.e.treatment group(67 cases)and control group(65 cases).In the treatment group,patients received triamcinolone acetonide once a day with a total dosage of 220 μg/d and two sprays in each nostril.In the control group,the patients received budesonide spray once a day with a total dosage of 256 μg/d and two sprays in each nostril.The course of therapy was 4 weeks.The efficacy and safety of both groups were analyzed.Results After one course of treatment,the clinical manifestations on most patients were significantly improved with total effective rates of 92.5% and 93.8%,adverse reaction of 10.4% and 9.2% in the treatment group and control group respectively.There was statistic significance on clinical manifestations before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),while no significant difference on total effective rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide spray is quick with good effects for local application,which is safe and can effectively relieve local symptoms for patients with AR.更多还原
