【摘要】 目的为调经益灵片建立质量标准。方法对方中香附、牡丹皮、川芎、白芍进行定性鉴别;并应用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量。色谱柱:kromasilC18(4.6 mm×250 nm,5μm),冰乙酸(1%):乙腈:甲醇(605∶105∶30)为流动相;检测波长323 nm;流速1 ml/min;柱温:25℃。结果阿魏酸在0.007 2～0.048μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.84%,RSD=1.14%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确、可作为调经益灵片的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality control standard of Tiaojingyiling Tablets.Methods Rhizoma Cyperi、Cortexmoutan、Rhizoma Chuanxiong、White Paeony Root in Tiaojingyiling Tablets were identified by TLC.The ferulic acid content in Tiaojingyiling Tablets were detemined by RP-HPLC with kromasilC18 reversed phase column,glacial acetic acid(1%): acetonitrile: Methanol(60:10:30)as a molile phase,the detection wavelength at 323nm and flow rate at 1.0 ml/min.Results Ferulic acid show a good relationship at a rang of 0.0072～0.048 ug(r=0.9999).The average recovery of ferulic acid in Tiaojingyiling Tablets was 98.84% and RSD was 1.14%(n=5).Conclusions The method is simple,specific and accurate.This stady provid a method for the quality control of Tiaojingyiling Tablets.更多还原
