老年急性心肌梗死患者急诊介入术后早期程序康复与QTc离散度的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨早期程序康复治疗对老年急性心肌梗死接受直接经皮冠脉介入后患者QTc离散度的影响。方法143例AMI患者经PCI治疗后随机分为:康复组予早期心脏程序康复治疗;对照组予传统康复治疗。两组主要基线资料具可比性,两组患者均在入院后当天用药前即同步记录12导联心电图一次,以后在PCI术后第1、2、3、7天及出院前1d,各予同步记录12导联心电图测量QTcd。结果康复组与对照组入院当天、PCI术后第1、2、3、7天及出院前1d所测QTcd值比较统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论老年AMI患者行急诊PCI后早期程序康复治疗不影响QTcd值,则不影响心肌电稳定性,不增加恶性室性心律失常发生率。早期心脏程序康复治疗有益、安全、可行。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation programme in old-age patients with acute myocardial infarction after direct percutaneous coronary intervention to QTc Interval dispersion.Methods 143 cases with AMI after PCI were randomly divided into two groups with matched clinical data early rehabilitation programme group who administered early rehabilitation treatment and control group who administered traditional rehabilitation therapy,all the patients recorded the synchro 12 leads electrocardiogram and measured the QTcd before taking medicine at the first day after admission,then recorded the synchro 12 leads electrocardiogram at the first day,secondly day,third day and the seventh day and one day before discharging from hospital after PCI.Result There are not significant differences in QTcd between the two groups at the first day,secondly day,third day and the seventh day and the last day before discharging from hospital after PCI(P>0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation programme in old-age patients with acute myocardial infarction after emergent intervention does not influence the QTcd and myocardial electrical stability,it also does not incresae the incidence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia,early rehabilitation programme has the availability and safety and feasibility.
