【摘要】 目的探讨异丙酚、瑞芬太尼、维库溴铵静脉复合麻醉在高龄患者全身麻醉中的应用。方法26例高龄患者全部采用异丙酚、瑞芬太尼、维库溴铵静脉复合气管插管全身麻醉,监测并记录围麻醉期血流动力学以及麻醉后恢复情况和麻醉中知晓情况。结果所有患者诱导后表现出明显的血压下降和心率减慢,与麻醉前有显著改变(P<0.05),气管插管、切皮前后无明显改变,手术结束后睁眼时心率明显增快,所有患者麻醉过程中氧饱和度无显著变化。麻醉恢复时所有患者苏醒较快,无呼吸再抑制现象,术中无1例知晓。结论异丙酚、瑞芬太尼、维库溴铵静脉复合麻醉在高龄危重患者中是确实可行的有效的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate anesthetic effect of propofol with remifentanil,vecuronium for aged patients in total intaravenous combined anesthesia.Method 26 aged patients were anesthetized with propofol,remifentanil,vecuronium combined tracheal intubation 。BP,HP,SpO2 and recovery of ansthesia were monitored continually in all patients.Result BP lower and HR decreased after induction of anesthesia(P<0.05),and remained stable after tracheal intubation and skin incison in all patients.when the operation were over,HR increased obviously,SpO2 remained stable and no complications of anesthsia.Conclusion Propofol remifentanil,vecuronium were reliable,effective method of anesthesia for aged critical patients.更多还原
