【摘要】 目的探究葛根素注射液使用中发生不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR)的规律和特点,为临床更合理用药提供一定的参考。方法收集徐州矿务集团第二医院2007年1月至2008年1月间葛根素注射液所致ADR的病例196例,进行统计分析。结果196例中有31例出现ADR,ADR的发生率为15.8%。结论ADR的发生主要与年龄、生产厂家、制剂、剂量、疗程及合并用药等因素有关。更多还原
