【Abstract】 In order to identify the key influencing factors of continuing medical education,the status of continuing medical education of the health institutions in Shandong Province was systematically analyzed.It can be concluded that the factors lowering continuing medical education’s efficiency are improper resources utilization and powerless policy execution.Finally,suggestions were put forward,such as reinforcing institution construction,highlighting evaluation and strengthening execution,to improve the quality of continuing medical education.更多还原
