【摘要】 我国的城乡医疗救助制度自2003年开始实施以来,农村医疗救助制度总体取得了较大发展,救助人次有较大提升,但也存在筹资水平低,与新型农村合作医疗衔接不紧,管理不协调的问题。针对以上问题,文章提出了明确政府筹资责任,提高救助筹资和资金支出水平,与新型农村合作医疗无缝衔接,实现医疗救助协调管理等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical assistance system in rural areas has developed rapidly since 2003,and the amount of people being assisted has increased. But some problems still exist,such as insufficient financing,loose combination with the New Rural Cooperative Medical System,and inconsistent management. To solve these problems,countermeasures have been put forward,which include defining the governmental responsibility,improving financing and expenditure,tightly combining with the New Rural Cooperative Medical System,and developing consistent management.更多还原
