【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶提取物胶囊中斛皮素含量的方法。方法:实验采用ODS-3柱,以乙腈-乙酸水溶液(体积比38:62)为流动相,用紫外检测器于370 nm处检测。结果:斛皮素浓度在10~150μg/ml时,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);加标回收率为95.5%~102.5%;最低检出浓度0.34 mg/g。方法的精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%。结论:方法快速、简便、准确,可作为胶囊类保健食品质量检验的一个定量方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for detection of resveraerol in capsule.Methods:Which was quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography with Kromasil C18 column,a mixture of CH3CNH-H2O as mobile phase(v/v: 38/62) and UV detection at 304 nm.Results:A good linear relationship within the concentration of 10~250 μg/ml(r=0.9999).The recovery ranged from 95.5% to 102.5% and the relative standard deviation was 3.3%(n=6).The detection limit was 0.6 mg/g.Conclusion:The method was rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible.The method is proposed to be used for quality control of aloe capsule.更多还原
