【摘要】 目的:探讨老年人超敏C反应蛋白、尿微量蛋白与心脑血管疾病发生、发展关系。方法:对196例70岁以上老年人通过血压和心电图结果分为三组,其中高血压62例;冠心病45例;对照组89例,空腹采血,留取晨尿,分别用BN-Prospec特种蛋白分析仪,测定尿微量白蛋白(ABLU)及超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP),用OLYMPUS2700全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)。结果:高血压组、冠心病组HS-CRP、ABLU结果均明显增高;与正常对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.05)。且HS-CRP、ABLU与冠心病其他危险因素GLU、TC正相关,HS-CRP与ABLU高度正相关。结论:对老年人进行HS-CRP与ABLU定期检查利于监测动脉粥样硬化形成的过程,以便早期发现相关危险因素并进行干预,更有效的降低由心脑血管疾病引起的病残率和病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between hige sensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP) and microalbuminuria(A BLU) and cardiovascular disease.Methods:Divide 196 cases into 3 groups by their blood pressure and cardiograph measure result.62 cases in high blood pressure group,45 cases in cardiovascular disease group,89 cases in control group.HS-CRP and ABLU were measured by BN-Prospec Analysis System,GLU,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were measured by OLYMPUS 2700 Automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:HS-CRP and ABLU in patients with coronary artery disease and high blood pressure was significantly higher than that of the normal subjects(P<0.05).There was a positive relation between the degree of HS-CRP and ABLU with other risk factors of cardiovascular disease GLU,TC.Conclusion:HS-CRP and ABLU of the aged offers a great value in clinical diagnosis,monitoring,treatment and prognosis of coronary atherosclerosis disease.Regular inspection of HS-CRP and ABLU of the aged will cut down disability rate and fatality rate of cardiovascular disease.更多还原
