茶多酚对高脂大鼠体重及血清中脂代谢水平的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究茶多酚对高脂大鼠体重及血清中脂代谢水平的影响。方法:采用高脂大鼠模型,设阴性对照组、模型对照组(阳性对照组)及茶多酚400、800、1500 mg/kg共5组,阴性对照组给予普通基础饲料,模型对照组和茶多酚400、800、1500 mg/kg组给予高脂饲料,连续给予28 d,测定其血清中脂代谢相关指标的水平。结果:400、1500 mg/kg组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)与模型对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);400、800和1500 mg/kg组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)与模型对照组比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:茶多酚对模型大鼠有良好的降低血清TC和血清TG的作用,具有较好的调节血清中脂代谢水平的功能,在降脂保健食品的开发领域有很大发展空间。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of tea polyphenol on high-lipid weigh and seum levels of lipid metabolism in rats.Methods:High-lipid model rats were set up.Three dose groups and a control group were formed and administered with different doses of tea polyphenol(400,800 and 1500 mg/kg respectively)for 28 days.The blood lipid levels of the groups were determined.Results:The serum TC of the 400 and 1500 mg/kg groups was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01) and the serum TG of all the dose groups was also significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tea polyphenol is quite effective in reducing serum TC and TG and adjusting blood lipid for it has the function of regulating the serum levels of lipid metabolism.So it has great development field in lower lipid and health food.
