【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析D-二聚体(DD)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)中的应用。方法:对129例RA患者、45例风湿性关节炎、51例增生性关节炎、38例结核性关节炎及35例正常对照组DD浓度进行分析,并对129例RA患者DD水平及不同分期进行统计分析,观察各组间关系。结果:RA病人DD水平明显升高,和对照组比较差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);不同分期DD浓度比较中中晚期病人DD浓度增高,和早期病人相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);并和常见疾病风湿性关节炎、增生性关节炎、结核性关节炎比较差别有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:RA病人DD浓度明显升高,DD浓度的检测对RA的诊断、分期、鉴别诊断具有一定参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine value of D-dimer(DD) in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:129 cases of RA patients,45 cases of rheumatoid arthritis,51 cases of hypertrophic arthritis,38 cases of tuberculous arthritis and 35 cases of normal control group to analyze the concentration of DD,and 129 cases of RA in patients with DD levels and different stages statistical analysis,to observe the inter-group contact.Results:RA patients significantly increased the level of DD and the normal control group with significant statistical significance(P<0.01);compared concentrations of different stages of DD in patients with advanced DD concentration increased,and early spinning of the patients compared to significance(P<0.05);and common diseases and rheumatoid arthritis,proliferative arthritis,tuberculous arthritis was significantly more(P<0.01).Conclution:RA patients has significantly higher DD.The detection of RA concentration is valuable for the diagnosis,staging and differential diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
