吹脱捕集-毛细管气相色谱法测定饮用水及水源水中苯系物
Determination of BTEX in drinking water and water source by purge and trap with gas chromatography
【摘要】 目的:建立吹脱捕集-毛细管气相色谱法测定饮用水及水源水中苯系物检测方法。方法:采用美国OI4660吹脱捕集仪,极性毛细管柱(HP-INNOWAX,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温的方式。结果:8种苯系物分离良好,检测限在0.587~1.65μg/L之间,方法线性为0.999以上,相对标准偏差在2%~9%,回收率在81.0%~119%之间。结论:该方法灵敏、准确及简便。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination method for BTEX in drinking water and water source by purge and trap with gas chromatography.Methods:The BTEX in drinking water and water source were determined by OI4660 purge and trap,polar capillary column(HP-INNOWAX,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) and temperature programming.Results:BTEX were separated well.The method detection limits(MDL) of BTEX were 0.587~1.65 μg/L.The linear rang of BTEX standard curve were 2~100 μg/L(r≥0.999).The relative standard deviation and the recovery of BTEX were 2%~9% and 81.0%~119%,respectively.Conclusion: The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid and simple.
