【摘要】 目的:探讨医疗机构消毒监测中马红球菌的分离鉴定与分布。方法:将常规监测样品培养72 h产生色素的菌落分纯后进行生化鉴定。结果:马红球菌的鉴别要点是不发酵任何糖醇、CAMP和触酶阳性、H2S和动力阴性、菌落呈黏液状、产生色素、生长缓慢。结论:细胞介导免疫受损病人病房相关消毒监测应将马红球菌纳入必检项目,只要熟练掌握该菌的生物学性状则分离鉴定并不困难。更多还原
