离子色谱法快速测定蔬菜中吲哚乙酸

【摘要】 目的:采用梯度淋洗离子色谱法快速测定蔬菜中吲哚乙酸含量。方法:选用IonpacAS11阴离子分析柱,0~20 mmol/L KOH淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,电导检测器。用纯水萃取样品,经高速离心、过C18小柱、用0.25μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果:本法相关性好(r=0.9990),精密度高(RSD%<5.0),样品加标平均回收率为88.3%~101%,最低检出量0.10μg/g。结论:该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏,适用于大批样分析。

【Abstract】 Objective: An ICS method was applied to simultaneously determine indol-3-acetic acid in vedetable.Methods:The method was based on ICS separation under the condition of isocratic eluent with 0~20 mmol/L KOH and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min by using of the IonPAC AS11 analytical column and suppressed conductivity detector.Results:It was showed that this method has good linear relativity(r=0.9990) and good precision(RSD%<5.0).The samples′average recoveries were 88.3%~101% and the detection limit were 0.10 μg/g.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast and of high sensitivity and precise results.This method can be applied widely and suitable for trace analysis of Indol-3-acetic acid in vegetables.
