SIM-GC-MS法测定蔬菜中多种农药残留

【摘要】 目的:建立以选择离子-气相色谱-质谱联用(SIM-GC-MS)测定蔬菜中多种不同类型农药残留的检测方法。方法:样品用乙腈提取,经分离净化后浓缩,进行SIM-GC-MS分析。结果:该方法在一次进样过程中,可对24种农药同时进行定性和定量分析。标准曲线的线性关系良好;平均回收率在80%~120%之间;检出限在9.0×10-4~2.7×10-2μg/g之间。结论:该方法灵敏、快速、准确,适用于蔬菜中多种农药残留的快速分析。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of residual pesticides in vegetables by SIM-GC-MS.Methods:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.The extracted solution was separated,purified and concentrated.Analyed by SIM-GC-MS.Results:This method can be used to detect 24 pesticides simultaneously.The linear equation of the standard curve was good.The average recovery rates was between 80% and 120%,and the limits of detection in the range of 9.0×10-4~2.7×10-2 μg/g.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate and can be used for detection of residual pesticides in vegetables.
