【摘要】 目的:评定奶粉中大肠菌群检测的不确定度,减少检测结果误差。方法:对依照GB4789.3-2008所检测的奶粉中大肠菌群结果的不确定度来源进行分析,并对检测结果取对数后评定大肠菌群的不确定度。结果:实验的扩展不确定度为6.9%,重复性限为9.3%,重现性限为9.5%。采用此法适合于大肠菌群检验结果的不确定度评定。结论:奶粉大肠菌群检测不确定度的分析能有效掌握检测结果的可信程度和准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess uncertainty of the coliform group in the milk powder inspection and reducing error.Methods:Analyzing source of the uncertainty of the coliform group in milk powder inspection results(according to GB4789.3-2008) and calculating the uncertainty of logarithm of the test results.Results:The experimental uncertainty for the expansion was 6.9%.The repeatability limit was 9.3% and the reproducibility limit was 9.5%.The method was proved to be appropriate to evaluate the uncertainty test of coliform group.Conclusion:The analysis can effectively ensure credibility and accuracy of the results.更多还原
