【摘要】 目的:提高实验室灭菌工作水平,保证压力蒸汽灭菌的效果,为微生物实验室检验工作提供质量保障。方法:按照压力蒸汽灭菌质量控制作业指导书的要求,对压力蒸汽灭菌工艺进行初始验证,开展常规灭菌效果监控。结果:经灭菌工艺验证,在70%的装载容量时,对盛装于500 ml三角烧瓶培养基的灭菌工艺确定为121℃23 min;共进行252次灭菌温度监测:留点温度计监测合格率为100.0%,化学指示剂监测合格率为98.0%;共进行25次灭菌效果监测,合格率为100.0%。结论:严格而规范的质量控制是保证压力蒸汽灭菌质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve laboratory sterilization,ensure the effects of pressure steam sterilization and provide quality assurance to the tests taken in microbiological laboratory.Methods:In accordance with the quality control instruction for pressure steam sterilization,set the initial authentication for the process and carry out routine monitor for the sterilizing efficacy.Results:It has been proved by the initial authentication that when the filling rate is 70%,and the sterilizing parameter is 121℃ 23 min for the culture medium in a 500 ml conical flask.A 252 times of sterilizing temperature tests have been taken:the qualified rate for stationary point thermometer tests is 100% and that for chemical indicator tests is 98.0%.15 times of sterilizing effect tests have been taken and the qualified rate is 100%.Conclusion:Strict and standard quality control is important for the quality of high-pressure steam sterilization.更多还原
