微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定水产品中的汞
Determination of Hg in aquatic products by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion
【摘要】 目的:建立微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定水产品中汞的方法。方法:本课题采用微波消解法进行样品的前处理,利用原子荧光光谱法测定其中汞的含量。结果:在消解过程中,消解试剂选择硝酸+过氧化氢以5:2的比例进行消化效果最佳。测定结果汞标准溶液在0.00~6.00μg/L内线性良好,相关系数为0.9994,方法检出限为0.053μg/L,回收率在93.2%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为2.86%。结论:本测定方法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、简便、快速、准确、线性范围宽等优点,能够达到测定水产品中微量汞的要求。实验测定结果显示,上海市场上9种水产品汞含量均低于国家标准(0.3 mg/kg),因此,对于人们食用是安全的。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of Hg in aquatic products by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion.Methods:Aquatic products weve digested by microwave oven.Results:When using the nitric acid + hydrogen peroxide reagent at the ratio of 5:2 as acid digestion reagent in the digestion process,the sample will be completely digested.The results of mercury standard solution in 0.00~6.00 μg/L extension of the good correlation coefficient of 0.9994,and the detection limit was 0.053 μg/L,recovery 93.2% to 101.2%,relative standard deviation 2.86%.Conclustion:This method is simple,fast and accurate.
