【摘要】 目的:探讨内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶基因(ecNOS)第7号外显子G894T多态性与前列腺癌是否存在相关性。方法:取78例前列腺癌患者和88例前列腺增生患者外周血4 ml,提取基因组DNA,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测ecNOS基因G894T多态性,分析两组ecNOS基因G894T的基因型频率与等位基因频率的差异。结果:ecNOS基因G894T存在G、T2种等位基因以及GG、GT、TT3种基因型;前列腺癌组与前列腺增生组相比,ecNOS基因G894T的基因型频率及等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ecNOS基因G894T多态性可能不是前列腺癌发病的遗传危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate whether the G894T polymorphism at exon 7 of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase(ecNOS) gene is associated with prostate cancer.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used for the detection of the G894T polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene in 78 patients with prostate cancer(PCa) and 88 patients with prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).The genotype frequency and allete frequency of ecNOS G894T were assessed.Results:Two alleles,G and T,were found,and G/G,G/T,T/T genotypes were identified in ecNOS G894T.No significant differences in ecNOS G894T were found in the frequencies of genotypes or alleles between PCa patients and BPH patients.Conclusion:The G894T polymorphism of eNOS gene may not be associated with human prostate cancer.更多还原
