ICP-MS快速测定尿中多种金属元素含量的方法研究
Detemination of multiple metal elements in urine by ICP-MS
【摘要】 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)直接检测尿中金属元素的方法。方法:用1%硝酸把尿液稀释20倍[1],直接用ICP-MS测定,观察测定中工作曲线的相关系数、检出限、精密度和回收率。结果:在一定浓度范围内,Be、Cr、Mn、Co、N、iCu、As、Sr、Cd、Sn、Sb、Tl、Pb等13种元素有很好的线性关系,精密度、检出限和回收率都能符合检测要求。结论:电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法直接检测尿中金属毒物,灵敏度高,重现性好,能快速准确的检测出尿中金属毒物的含量,可作为金属元素急性中毒或职业慢性中毒的一种快速有效的手段。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an ICP-MS method to determine multiple metal elements in urine.Methods:Urine samples were 1:20 diluted with 1% HNO3 and then determined by ICP-MS for multiple elements.Considering the linear correlation coefficient,detection limit,precision,and recovery of every element.Results:In a certain concentration extent,13 elements including Be,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,As,Sr,Cd,Sn,Sb,Tl and Pb showed fine linear correlation coefficients,and the detection limit,precision,and recovery of every element met the request of the determination.Conclusion:To determine multiple elements in urine by ICP-MS is an effective method for its high sensitivity,fine reproducibility,rapidity and accuracy.It can be an effective means to apply to acute poisoning and occupational chronic poisoning.
