应用分子生物学技术鉴定南亚果实蝇存疑种

【Abstract】 A fruit fly Bactrocera tau (Walker) and its suspicious species (B. (Z.) sp.) were identified by molecular biological method both were collected in Zhaotong,Yunnan Province. The results indicate that B. (Z.) tau and B. (Z.) sp. are conspecific. This study provides an effective means for the identification of the suspicious species.更多还原
